Rivers Cuomo, guitar & vocal from weezer and Scott Murphy from Chicago’s punk rock band ALLiSTER made an original album together! All songs are written in Japanese by Scott & Rivers except “Butterfly”, Kaela Kimura’s big hit song. The melody line of the whole album is reminiscent of weezer’s smash hit albums “weezer” and “Green Album” with J-pop and J-rock sound.

★1st single “Homely Girl” is tied-in for the ending theme song of NTV “PON!” in Feb!!

Rivers Cuomo
g.vo from weezer. weezer was formed in 1992 and they are one of the most famous alternative bands.1st album “weezer” sold 3 million copies. They had a great influence on Japanese artists. Rivers has a Japanese wife.

Scott Murphy
b.vo from ALLiSTAR. ALLiSTER was formed in 1995. They covered Japanese artists such as Spitz, THE BOOM and Naotaro Moriyama. They also toured in Japan and overseas with ELLEGARDEN, a Japanese rock band. Scott also released Japanese cover albums as a solo artist. Total sales of the albums over 300,000.
