One moment, you want to zoom in on the lead singer and, in the next moment, you want to fix your eyes on your favorite guitarist. Maybe you want to see their pre-concert ritual before getting on stage, too? KKBOX brings you selected concert broadcasts shot with multiple cameras to give you the freedom of switching view angles to wherever you want to see.

What is a 360° panoramic video? How to view it?

360° panoramic mode lets you explore different angles of a video by moving your mouse if you are on a PC, swipe through your touch screen if you are on a moble device or as simple as tilting your device to an angle. To create rich and fun music experience, KKBOX brings this function to selected concerts*. 360° panoramic view gives you the best seat in the concert with a wide view-angle, so you don't miss any corner, any angle and any moment on the stage.

How do I know which KKBOX LIVE Concert can be watched with 360° panoramic or multi-angle view?

You can tell from the marks in Listen with event list.

Q1. I use my mobile or tablet to watch a live broadcast and already selected an identified concert. Why couldn't I see the button for angle selection?

A: Please make sure that your APP has been updated to the latest version. The button for angle selection will appear after your update. However, due to technical limitations, only devices with the following (or higher)specifications will be able to watch the 360° panoramic videos:
*Smartphones: iOS 8.0 and higher, Android 4.4 and higher and Windows 10.
*Tablet: iOS 8.0 or Android 4.4 and higher.
Please make sure that your APP has been updated to the latest version, and please log out first and then log in again.

Q2. I use my desktop or notebook to watch the live broadcast and already selected an identified concert. Why couldn't I watch the concert in 360° panoramic mode?

A: Due to technical limitations, 360° panoramic mode can only be used on devices with the following (or higher) specifications.
* Windows System: KKBOX software 7.0.0.0 and higher versions, or Windows 10 APP.
* Other non-Mac systems: Please use the following browsers to access the web version: the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox or IE Edge.
* KKBOX Mac version software uses the built-in Safari browser and unfortunately it does not support playback of 360° panoramic videos currently. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you use a computer with a Mac system, please use browsers listed above to enjoy LIVE on website.
Please make sure that your APP has been updated to the latest version, and please log out and then log in again.

Q3. Do we get the same angles for every LIVE Concert?

A: Each concert is assigned with different presentation modes and therefore the available angles differ. Please refer to the announcement for each concert to confirm. Except for the 360° panoramic view, each concert may have up to 3 different angles for your viewing pleasure.

Q4. I watched the live broadcast of a concert with 360° panoramic or multi-angle view, but the functions are not available in the replay. Why?

A: Authorization for broadcast rights differ from concert to concert. We cannot guarantee to offer the identical contents when replay each time. We recommend that you seize the opportunity to watch the live broadcast, and we will strive to bring the most complete contents to you.

What is VR (Virtual Reality) video? How to watch it?

With your smartphone and a headset, you will have on-the-set experience from anywhere. Get ready to be overwhelmed. KKBOX brings virtual reality to selected concerts, so you can be ""in"" the concert from anywhere.

How to tell which KKBOX LIVE Concert can be watched with VR?

Q2. I use my desktop or notebook to watch the live broadcasts, and already selected a concert with VR. Why couldn't I see the button for VR mode?

A: Due to technical limitations, VR contents can only be viewed on iOS or Android smartphones. Please download the KKBOX APP for the best experience.

Q3. How do I know if I have successfully switched to VR mode?

A: You will see the screen divided into two vertical sections when you are in the VR mode. The two sections are for the left and right eye angles respectively. When you put on the VR headset, a 3-dimensional visual will be created and you will feel like you are right at the scene.

Q4: Is the VR headset absolutely necessary if I want to view the VR content?

A: Yes, there are several models for smartphones available in the market. You can choose any model you like and follow the manual that comes with your device to set up and start watching.

Q5. I watched the live broadcast of a concert in VR mode, but the function is not available in the replay. Why?
