概念專輯開始醞釀時，年紀相仿的義務役士官仍和我們一樣在集合場出操。當時已有旗幟被折，政商巨獸已暗伸爪掌。星星怒火已著，但絕大多數的人們仍安穩沉睡。幾年後專輯還沒作成，但狂潮已幾番來去；時空背景變換，反映在內心的景象也不盡相同。然而在迅速增殖的資訊同時，在意義與詮釋不斷相互疊加碾壓的同時，仍有若干核心尚未移動。

最終一切都需從自身的覺知展開。諸般問題的答案或許都會崩塌，唯有不斷叩問方能意識到自己的存在。

The world has never been short of turmoil.

This concept album was born in the attempt to capture the intangible turbulence and to convey certain beliefs.

As the floods of information proliferate, meanings and interpretations collide, compress and crash onto one another. Still, in this implosive process, some core pillars lasted.

It all starts and ends with self-consciousness. The answers to questions may collapse, but one can apprehend the essence of existence through questioning.
