Winning Best Actor at the 2011 Golden Bell Awards for his idol drama Endless Love, Will Pan aims to achieve further success with his 9th studio album. Inspired by The Minds of Billy Milligan - the famous novel about a person diagnosed with multiple personality disorder - the new album reveals Will's complex mind as well as his all-round talents. For the titular track "The Story of Billy", he not only composed the music and lyrics, but also came up with the idea for the music video. Another main plug Baby Tonight marks the first time he has written a song in English; the song's Mandarin version "Don't Want to Wake up" is also included on the album.
