China’s most prominent instrumental band, Wang Wen, were was founded 21 years ago in Dalian. Up until now, they’ve released 11 studio albums, 1 soundtrack and 1 split vinyl (with Swedish instrumental band Pg.Lost). The band never compromised on their music and has been playing all over the world ever since.

Wang Wen is one of the biggest and most influential Chinese bands to come out of China in the last decade. Their contribution to the music scene has made them one of the pillars of contemporary Chinese rock music.

In their 21 years together, Wang Wen have toured to over 40 cities across China and were one of the first Chinese bands to tour internationally. In recent years the band have been making break throughs after break through in the international market having had their latest four albums published internationally and pressed on vinyl.

The band have also toured internationally, touring Europe 5 times and playing concerts in Taiwan, Russia ,Nepal and Japan.

Wang Wen keep pushing the boundaries of their music so they can expand their international presence and continue to touch the hearts of fans all over the world.
