HONG KONG – K-pop fans in Hong Kong were in for a treat. The long-awaited SBS Super concert served up a sumptuous buffet of top-tier acts, like Taeyeon, EXO, WINNER, SEVENTEEN and MAMAMOO. The musical feast was staged at the Asia World-Expo Arena last Saturday.

Super rookie group AB6IX kicked off the concert with the catchy EDM track “Hollywood”. Next up was sexy quartetMAMAMOO — consisting Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa, who entertained fans with “Paint Me”, “Starry Night”, “Egotistic”, “Gogobebe”.

Jun, the Chinese member from boyband SEVENTEEN, performed the Mandarin version of the ballad ‘Snow Flower’. We couldn't help but feel moved listening to his powerful vocals in a familiar language.

Lightening up the melancholic atmosphere, WINNER bounded onto the stage and grooved to the lively tunes, like “AhYeah”, “Everyday”, “Millions” and “ReallyReally”.

The spotlight turned to Taeyeon, Girls' Generation's lead vocalist. The powerhouse singer pleased our ears with tracks such as “Four Seasons”, “I”, “Blue”.

SEVENTEEN performed “Our Dawn Is Hotter Than Day”, “HOME”, “OhMy” and more. They impressed with a Chinese rendition of “OhMy”, overcoming the language barrier with their fans.

The idols prepared special stages for the fans. Seungyoon from WINNER sang the Mandopop king Jay Chou's song “Secret”.

MAMAMOO's Solar and AB6IX's Daehwi brought a romantic duet “A Little Sweet”. Fans screamed in approval of the pair, marvelling at the singers' chemistry.
