Often associated as someone who wears different hats, Pew is adept in music production,
artist management and songwriting. In 2017, Pew not only composed but co-arranged and
produced Geraldine See’s Liao Le (了了了了). She was also 1/2 of the Mandopop Duo, 蝦⽶米夢 (SIYD), and has performed for music festivals such as The Cathay’s Ukulele party and Live O Five O Music Festival. SIYD has also released a single titled 'Soulmate', which was part of a compilation by Anaki Record’s Live-O Five-O.


Pew’s passion for songwriting started at the age of 12 but took a serious turn when she was accepted in Funkie Monkies’s Professional Hit Melodies Composing in 2015. Her song

“我想我可以“ was selected to be performed for the Showcase. Her originals are largely influenced by Zhang Zheng Yue 張震嶽’s early works with tinge of Crowd Lu 盧盧廣仲’s indie
folk. She finds inspirations from her daily small happenings and injects her quirky views of it.


Other than songwriting, Pew pursues her passion in music as a co-founder of Moosic Room (跨樂樂樂樂客聽), which promotes local awareness in today's local Mandopop scene. Embarking on a new journey as a singer-songwriter, Pew released her debut single Love In This Day And Age《这个时代谈什什么恋爱》in late 2018.
