The term "Sandwich Fail" came from the comic T-shirt that the former drummer often
wore when practiced, an image of a defeated Saiyan on it, which said
"Defeating a sandwich only makes it tastier"
- From an American meme, a spoof of the classic manga line
"Defeating a Saiyan only makes it stronger".
