Rise is the ninth album by American Christian rock band Skillet. The album sold 60, 000 copies in the US in its first week of release, debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on both the Rock Albums and Christian Album charts.

The album has received generally positive reviews and the general consensus being that it is an improvement over the group’s previous album, Awake, which has been certified Platinum by the RIAA and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

The band had previously received two Grammy nominations for the album Collide and Comatose respectively.
