Event Badge

KKBOX will release diverse event badges for users to unlock within a limited time. Once completing the tasks, you'll have the chance to win exclusive prizes, concert tickets, and enjoy member-exclusive discounts and perks!

How to Unlock Badges

1. Make sure you have the latest version of KKBOX installed (“User Achievement” is available on mobile devices only).
2. Go to "My Library" -> "User Achievement" to view your "Event Badge".

How to Earn Event Badges:
Choose the event you want to join and click "I'm in" to start accumulating achievements.

Why can't I see the "User Achievement" and "Event Badge" features in my app?

Please make sure to update KKBOX to the latest version and go to "My Library" > "User Achievement" to view your Event Badge list.

Can I access the User Achievement and Badges features on desktop or web?

Currently, User Achievement and Event Badge features are only available on mobile devices. We're working on expanding support to other devices in the future!

What are Event Badges?

KKBOX releases Event Badges for users to unlock within a limited time. Once completing the tasks, you'll have the chance to win exclusive prizes, concert tickets, and enjoy member-exclusive discounts and perks!

Why do the Event Badges in my app show gray padlock icons?

To participate in an Event Badge, click "I'm in" and complete the specified tasks. Once you've completed the tasks, the badge will be unlocked! Each event is designed with a unique badge icon that can only be unlocked and collected for a limited time.

How can I participate in Event Badges?

Open the KKBOX app, go to "User Achievement", select "Event Badge", choose an event that you like, click "I'm in", achievement accumulation will begin! The system will start counting your listening progress.

Are there any important things to note before participating in Event Badge lucky draws?

Before participating in any event, please ensure your contact information is correct in the Member Center to avoid missing out on notifications when you win a prize.

How often does the progress bar in Event Badges update?

The progress bar is updated daily at 9:00 AM, reflecting the previous day's listening records.

When does the playback count for event badges start?

Go to "User Achievement", click on "Event Badge", and click "I'm in" to start the countdown!

Can I listen to the specified songs, playlists, or podcasts for Event Badge tasks in offline mode?

Please note that playbacks in offline mode do not count towards the progress, so make sure you have a stable internet connection.

I've completed all the tasks for the event badges, but why isn't the progress bar updating? And why aren't the badges unlocking?

If your progress bar is not updating, first double-check if you have completed all the tasks and ensure the app is in an online state. Then, patiently wait for the progress to update the next day at 9:00 AM. If you encounter any issues with your device or listening behavior, please contact our customer support, and they'll assist you promptly.

Can I share my badges?

To share an Event Badge, follow these steps:

Go to the Event Badge list.
Select the Event Badge you want to share.
Click on either the "I'm in" or "View Progress" button to open the badge's details page.
In the top right corner, you'll find a share button.
Click on the share button, and you'll have the option to share it as an Instagram story.
