Deep down in the rainforests of China, the members of an ancient Panda tribe peacefully live their lives. However, life in the rainforest hasn’t always been so peaceful to them. A long-lost Pink Panda Family treasure was stolen from them almost a millennium ago when the PFAM was at war with Dexter King over musical differences.
A spell was cast over the family’s treasure by the King almost 50 generations past, when he was defeated by the PP ancestors and forced back in his Temple, injured badly. Before he took his last breath, he hid the belongings he stole from them during their fight in his haunted Temple of Boom and locked them in an encrypted music box. It was this family treasure that gave the Pink Panda tribe their rhythm and joy in life.
The spell could only be broken if identical Pink Panda twins born from the PFAM would manage to open the box before a thousand years would pass. When all hope seemed to be gone, finally the time came that identical Panda Twins were born into the Pink PFAM: Offense & Defense.
Their full-grown handprints would be the key to unlock the family treasure that is locked inside DKs music box which is protected by his ancient Temple of Boom. Within weeks, Pink Panda Offense & Defense will reach their full-grown age, so it is time for them and the PFAM to create the Plan Perfect and win back the long-lost Pink Panda family treasure to once again create their very own Panda tunes.
In order to enter the Temple of Boom and reach the hidden chamber deep down in the middle of the Temple, many obstacles which were discovered by the Pink Panda ancestors when they tried to reach the treasure have to be conquered. An entourage named PFAM (Panda Family) with a specific skill set has to be acquired to complete the quest and execute the Plan Perfect. First of all, Mashup Jack, the gatekeeper of the Temple of Boom needs to be convinced to open the door for the Pandas.
An absolute Air King (DJ Junior) will be needed to bridge the gap inside the Temple that was created when a failed attempt from one the ancestors caused a collision of part of the temple’s structure because he did not leave the TOB within the timeframe that the temple allows strangers to be inside of it. That limited amount of time is sharply monitored by a dedicated official Time Keeper (Pink Panda Offense) who makes sure the team will always get back out of the temple in time and keep the dream alive of re-gaining the family treasure without the temple fully collapsing and forever lose hope of a musical future.
This Temple exists of dozens of tricky Games that need to be successfully completed, among them is the is deciphering The Code of Hammurabi (Discotek), a well-preserved code of law of ancient Mesopotamia from Babylon, dated to about 1754 BC (Middle Chronology). It is one of the oldest writings of significant length in the world that Dexter King used to keep every trespasser out. Cracking the code and entering it on the cryptogram will open the doors to the room in which the notes of the protector around Dexter King’s music box can be heard. These notes need to be played by the hands of the identical Pink Pandas within 15 seconds after hearing them. The final room where the music can be heard is 200m apart from the room where the notes have to be played. That’s why the team needs help from a warrior princess (Lizzy Wang) who can Scream out Loud! to Offense & Defense from across the temple so they can directly play the music that will unlock the music box and allows them back their family treasure and long-lost rhythm.
The notes that unlock the Music Box are the notes from an ancient tribal hymn that inspired the Dexter King all these years back. When the box opens the actual truth about the war between Dexter King and the PFAM in revealed. Offense & Defense learn that it was Pandamic, the brother of their great-great-grandfather Striker (the tribe leader at that time), who initiated the conflict with Dexter by denying him his credit for a song based on his hymn that was never heard named Bassline Sound. This never unveiled truth died with the two of them in battle. Dexter King’s only desire was to work on this musical piece with the PFAM, but Pandamic set up the family against him.
It is therefore that Offense & Defense decided to bring to life Bassline Sound as a result of finding their rhythm back and as a tribute to Dexter King. They both knew right then and there they are truly R.I.C.H. (Realising I Create Happiness) through music.
