Flamingo

Brandon Flowers is the lead singer of current american modern rock/pop and multi-platinum selling group The Killers. After the band went on hiatus after their 2010 asian and australian world tour. Rumors were rife that lead singer Brandon Flowers would release his own Solo album, and with much anticipation fans can know hear his trademark solo work entitled “Flamingo”

The concept of the album is based of the town where he grew up Las Vegas. Famed for its gambling, extravagant entertainment, dancers and everything else related to Sin City is close to his heart. Brandon has stated that working on this record has given him more creative freedom but laments that he would’ve preferred it to be a Killers album. At times he has felt lonely during the recording process. Among the record producers on this album are Daniel Lanois(U2), Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam) and Stuart Price (worked on The Killers album Day And Age). The first single of the album is CrossFire a fast movie song pumped full with adrenalin. Other tracks include “Jilted Lovers and Broken Hearts” an arena rocker and the cool “Only The Young” are a few songs to name a few.

Brandon Flowers Flamingo is must hear album of the year, The Killers frontman cant hold back the success of his band and his expressing it through himself.
