HUER is an independent musician from Taiwan.

Born Hubert Mou in Los Angeles, he was raised and lived in many cities including Hong Kong, Shanghai, and New York.

He infuses music inspiration from the 80s synth wave, low-key indie bands, cheesy mandopop, and the current bedroom pop scene into his mixed genre of music.

He picked up the bass and started writing music at the age of 14 and started a band called Pink7 with the late Chinese singer Kimi Qiao.

After moving back to the States, he started to produce and record music in his bedroom and released his first EP LIP in 2018.
