CONSTANCE康堤繼出道曲 “doll” 後，接力推出首支廣東單曲《一律建議分手》（英文歌名：stop calling!!）。在出道作“doll”中親自作詞後，今次找來 知名填詞人黃偉文 為她的首支中文主打歌作詞。新歌延續擺脫「有毒關係」的主題，但將焦點從愛情中的糾纏轉向跨越界線的友誼。 “doll” 更多把角色描繪成一個被困在操縱關係中的傀儡，而《一律建議分手》則展現了她堅定的立場，拒絕被捲入那些都與自己無關且不必要的鬧劇或情感負擔。
歌詞講述被當作「情感垃圾桶」時的沮喪。以旁白身份反駁不斷傾訴分手鬧劇的朋友，拒絕扮演拯救者或「災難管理者」的角色。並劃清界線明確表示其他人應該處理自己的煩惱，而不是把別人拖入其中。
同時歌曲的核心也宣揚獨立和自重；透過拒絕陳腔濫調和惡性循環，堅持離開這種人和事並守護自己的「清冷氣場」/「Cool Aura」。傳遞尖銳而充滿態度的訊息：別再指望我來處理你的煩惱了──自己處理吧。
《一律建議分手》由音樂夥伴Ernest Choi製作，他也參與了“doll” 的製作。從風格上看，這首歌融合了各式各樣影響CONSTANCE的音樂元素：以Synth Pop為根基，融入了2000年代Pop Music的大膽能量，更融入了搖滾甚至新金屬的元素。儘管歌曲是多樣化的融匯之作，但表達方式依然犀利而獨特——開創了在粵語樂壇中比較罕見的獨特風格。
與前作 “doll” 一樣，《一律建議分手》的MV亦由Mo執導。 MV將CONSTANCE塑造成一個極致的「酷女孩」：獨立、睿智且情感超脫的化身。

Following her debut single “doll”, CONSTANCE returns with her first Cantonese release, “stop calling!!” (Chinese title: 《一律建議分手》). This song, written by renowned lyricist Wyman Wong, is her first to feature lyrics authored by someone else after she wrote her own English track "doll.” Continuing the theme of breaking free from toxic ties, the new song shifts focus from romantic entanglements to friendships that cross boundaries. While “doll” portrays the artist as a puppet trapped in a manipulative relationship, “stop calling!!” shows her standing firm, refusing to be pulled into unnecessary drama or emotional burdens that have nothing to do with her.
The lyrics capture the frustration of being treated as an emotional dumping ground. The narrator pushes back against friends who constantly unload breakup drama, refusing to play the role of rescuer or “disaster manager.” Instead, they set boundaries, making it clear that others should deal with their own mess rather than dragging them in.
At the same time, the voice asserts independence and self-respect. By rejecting clichés and toxic cycles, the narrator protects their own “cool aura” and insists on walking away. The message is sharp: stop leaning on me for your chaos — handle it yourself.
“stop calling!!” is produced by longtime collaborator Ernest Choi, who also worked on “doll”. Stylistically, it’s a fusion of her wide-ranging influences: rooted in synth-pop, infused with the bold energy of 2000s pop, and touched with flashes of rock and even nu-metal attitude. Yet, despite this eclectic mix, her delivery remains sharp and distinct—carving out a style that feels unmistakably her own, something still rare within the Cantonese music landscape.
The music video for “stop calling!!”, directed by Mo, who also helmed her previous music video for “doll”, presents CONSTANCE as the ultimate “cool girl,” embodying independence, wit, and detachment. Dressed in street-chic fashion, she navigates stark concrete-and-metal stages where chaos unfolds—friends collapse in heartbreak, phones ring endlessly, and papers pile up like emotional debris. Yet she stays unbothered, her calm poise contrasting sharply with the chaos around her. Mirroring the lyrics, which reject being weighed down by others’ romantic failures, the video is a manifesto of self-preservation, showing CONSTANCE reclaiming her energy and radiating the song’s sharp message: stop calling.
